It is ideally situated, in the quietness of the vey nice beach of Renécros and pleasantly curled up at the bottom of a round cove, facing the isle of Bendor ( 7 minutes to go there by boat) and only five minutes away from the city of Bandol and its lovely harbour, very near all kinds of shops. That spacious and lovely mansion is devoted to the sea, it offers you an exceptional view.

Once you enter the house, all that you sea is a ray of light, the place is deeply lit by the Sun and through the windows the view of the waves will seduce you. The living room is decorated with canvasses painted by the landlady herself, for sure you will spend restful and refined moments in that room. There is a TV set as well. The dining room is very spacious, about 50 square meters, opening onto a nice terrace ( 160 square meters), where you are sheltered thanks to an arbour. That is the ideal place to have your dinners with your friends.

The kitchen is 12 square meters, the colours are sunny, it is fully decorated and equipped with a halogen hob and a oven. Age fridge, a diswasher, a washing machine, a micro wave oven, a deep freeze etc… A batroom ( washbasin, bath and a shower), private toilets. A 17 square- meter room with a bed meant for 2 with an acess on the terrace.

On the first floor: 4 bedrooms with a view on the sea and private toilets: one bedroom with 2 beds, each bed is single, little bathroom with a washbasin and a shower ( 15 square meters), 1 room with 3 beds, each bed is single, a little bathroom with a wasbasin and a shower ( 20 square meters), one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, washbasin and a shower ( 25 square meters), one bedroom with 2 bunkbeds, a drawer bed, and a washbasin ( 12 square meters).

 As the house is regularly occupied, it is a very comfortable place, a place where you ca invite friends. There is a garden in front and at the back of the house. There is a garage as well. You will never fell cramped even if you are numerous! Sheets, towels and dusters arez provided. Final housework is 150 eruos. Sorry but pets are not allowed.

Bed linens, bath and dish towels are provided. Final cleaning 160 euros. Sorry, animals are not allowed
