Much like a painting painted in Provence this typical Provencal property is elegant, set amongst olive trees and other local Mediterranean plants, it boasts a large traditional swimming pool edged by lovely natural stone.
The interior is comfortable and understated. The light-bathed living areas are spacious and perfect to relax in.

The 200m² of living space (2 153 ft²) on two levels offer :

Ground floor :

• Spacious South-facing library/sitting room (42 m²/452 ft²) with big comfortable sofas, a big television screen and large glass doors that look out over the gardens. For winter days, enjoy using the pellet burning stove in the sitting room.
• Spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area. South facing, large glass doors open out onto the terrace.
• Veranda (summer dining area, sitting area) with a fabulous barbecue.

The property is set in completely natural surroundings with plenty of pretty Mediterranean plants and beautiful olive trees as well as some gorgeous local stones… A painting of Provence ! The setting is truly stunning, local stones edge the large swimming pool, luscious green grass grows between the many olive trees and a stunning stone fountain has been built amongst the Mediterranean shrubs.

The swimming pool is a great feature : large and designed in a traditinal manner, edged by beautiful local stones, with a lovely wooden deck and a tanning ledge. The ideal place to sit back and relax during your holidays.

The front of the house boasts a beautiful traditional pergola, luscious old vines provide much appreciated shade in the hot summer months.
The master bedroom has direct access to one side of the terrace and garden. The living areas large French windows open out onto the other side of South-facing terrace.

There are plenty of tables, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers.
