• The maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor areas and the swimming pool are covered and looked after by the owners.

The Mas is ideally located on a 5 hectare (12,355 acre) property in the heart of the Camargue Regional Park, in the middle of pretty fields and only 5 minutes from the famous Vaccarès Etang, 7km from Arles, close to beaches as well as lots of great places to visit.
Local shops : doctor, bank, supermarket in Arles. Fantastic, colourful Provencal market in Arles on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
Ideally located, the property is the perfect place to sit back and relax whilst enjoying the Provencal art de vivre, as well as perfectly situated to visit the many stunning local sites.

Arles, a cheerful and colourful little town, busy on market days and full of Roman remains. The town is very traditional and the locals are comitted to passing on local traditions to future generations.

Les Saintes Maries de la Mer is the capital of the Camargue. This little pituresque seaside town is very lively and vibrant and famous for the annual Saint Sarah Gypsy pilgrimage.
Visitors from all over Europe travel to the Camargue to enjoy the sun, sea and many activities it offers. The long sandy beaches and marinas offer a large choice of sports and cultural activities : water sports, tennis, golf, casino, cinema, festivals, concerts and exhibitions in Camargue’s unique and natural environment !

Culture & traditions :
The locals are comitted to preserving and promoting their local traditions, especially bulls for which they have many events throughout the year : Bandido’s, Abrivado’s, Ferrades, Camargue races… a real treat if you are here during one of these festivals.
