The villa is located in a quiet area on the edge of the pretty Provencal village Verquières.  The ideal location between Saint Andiol and Paluds de Noves, only a short 10 minute drive from pretty St Rémy de Provence. 
The closest shops are only 300m from the house.

The house, renovated in 2020, boasts approximately 180 m² of living space on two floors.

OUTSIDE :  

The house is set in lush surroundings boasting a big Cypress tree near the swimming pool, a pretty Olive tree, dense hedges and pretty local shrubs. 
In front of the South facing terrace, with its tiled roof, a lovely green lawn. 
The house is surrounded by beautiful trees, pretty flower beds, local oleander bushes, beautifully scented lavender, jasmine and roses.  
The pool is secured for young children and boasts a pretty paving surround and a large pool house with beautiful stone columns.   The perfect place to sit back and relax in the shade on the comfortable outdoor sofas, dine at the long wooden dining table with its benches.  A sink and outdoor plancha grill have been installed in the pool house. 
A fridge has been installed in the carport area as well as a ping-pong table.  

The west facing terrace is a delight for those looking for a quiet corner to relax in… shaded by a pretty pergola, the terrace boasts a lovely stone fountain and a little table with two folding chairs. The perfect spot to play a game of cards, enjoy a glass of fresh local juice or a glass of chilled local rosé…  

The petanque area with its stone bench is shaded by a beautiful tree.  There are lights for evening games.
