A double bedroom ( bed in 140) with private terrace, shower room and toilets. First floor: 1 sitting room, 1 double room (bed in 140), 1 big sitting room with television which you can convert into a double bedroom (bed in 160 or 2 beds in 80), a second sitting room, 1 big double bedroom (bed in 140) with private bathroom and balcony, 1 double bedroom (bed in 140 and one bed in 90), 1 double bedroom in 140), 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Second floor (attic room): a little staircase leads to a small child’s bedroom (2 beds in 80).
OUTDOORS: A very big garden planted with trees with lands around (5 hectares of land). Big shaded terrace in front of the house. Swimming pool 12 x 5.5 m (alarm-protected, steps, flagstone pool side, depth from 0.80 m) In the woods, cabins and swing frames for children. 2 ponies stay on the estate (a person is in charge of looking after them).
