Firstfloor:Old wooden staircase leading to the master bedroom.

• Bedroom 1: King size bed (160x200 cm), flat screen TV, balcony with stunning views to the Val d’Arly.
• En-suite bathroom with Italian shower and jet shower, 2 washbasins, toilet and towel dryer.

Basement: 4 bedrooms with indirect light source. The light fittings have been carefully selected to provide bright and airy space.

• Bedroom 2: king size bed (160x200 cm), en-suite bathroom withjacuzzi/bath/shower/toilet/washbasin
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x190cm), en-suite bathroom with shower/toilet/basin
• Bedroom 4:2 single beds 90x190 cm (can easily be transformed into a double bed).

OUTSIDES:

The chalet is located at 1200m, has a beautiful view on the Mont Blanc and the village. Ideally situated on the pretty road that over look the Rochebrune bubble lift, you can, in the winter, ski in and ski out. In the summer, the chalet is at the start of beautiful mountain hikes.

The chalet is located in Megève , in the Rochebrune area, on the Lady route, one of the most beautiful and prestigious area of Megève. Close to the village center (2-minute drive). Next to the ski slopes (50m) you can ski to the Rochebrune ski lift and reach the highest summits!

The village center and all the shops are just 900m, the nearest restaurant is only 700m and the supermarket and pharmacy are less than 1 km away.
